To keep you apparel looking new we recommend:

  • Wash your apparel inside out in cold water on a delicate cycle, using a mild detergent.
  • Do NOT clean with bleach.
  • Tumble dry on LOW or air dry.

Overnight delivery is also available for an additional fee. If you need your items to be guaranteed for next day delivery, we will ship them via FedEx (Federal Express). Please email us at: We cannot guarantee overnight delivery, but a phone call is recommended. We will do everything possible to get it to you overnight.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges:

Lollipop Moon's goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality service and merchandise. Because many of our products are custom designed at the time an order is placed, we ask that you please make your selection very carefully as these items are for exchange only.

If you wish to return an item that was NOT custom made please email: for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). We will credit your account immediately or send you out a replacement per your request. In some cases for items over $100 we will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Wholesale Orders are NOT refundable or exchangeable, unless the items are defective or damaged. Defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order. Any approved returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Returns are will NOT be excepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please note these items are custom made to order.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify Lollipop Moon within 5 business days of receiving your order. All returns must have a return merchandise authorization (RMA). You may reach us by email at: All returns must be unused and returned in the original packaging for full credit. If you fail to notify Lollipop Moon of your desire to return or replace your purchase within the 5 business day window, or if Lollipop Moon suspects an item that you have returned has been used, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. Upon receipt of your approved return, Lollipop Moon will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase or ship the item you have selected in exchange. There are no returns, exchanges or credit after 15 days from receiving your order. Shipping costs cannot be refunded by Lollipop Moon. All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. If you received free shipping with your purchase, the cost of the initial shipping and handling will be subtracted from your refund. Shipping costs will apply to replacement items. Insurance and tracking are recommended as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Lollipop Moon reserves the right to cancel orders or refuse service to anyone at anytime. We reserve the right to cancel orders for items that have been advertised at a wrong price, discounted rate, have incurred an unusually long back order time or have been discontinued. We also reserve the right to cancel any order which was posted to the site with errors of color, style or price. If we cancel your order after we have charged your credit card, we will refund your card the amount charged.

Returns for Drop Ship Items:

Drop ship items may not be returned, inluding Luxury Toys.

Shipment Refusal:

Customers who refuse to accept delivery of any order will be held responsible for all postage and handling fees associated with delivery.

Returns & Exchanges on items that are Lost, Delayed or Damaged:

Lollipop Moon is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items that are being returned. Please send all returns with insurance and delivery confirmation. Items that are sent via USPS (United States Postal Service) are neither traceable nor insured unless you specifically request those services, we recommend that you add these services.

What is a Pre-Order?
Pre-orders are advance purchases made on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. These items are ordered and reserved for you. At that time, they are taken out of our available stock. We will ship them to you as soon as they arrive in our store. How Can I Pre-Order an Item?
You may Pre-Order Merchandise in one of two ways:
You may pre-order merchandise right from our website and PAY IN FULL for your items at the time the order is placed-- your credit card is charged at that time.
You may call or e-mail us with your pre-order list and we will take a 25% deposit on the items you wish to pre-order. Then the balance will be charged once your merchandise arrives at our store.
Can I Cancel My Pre-Order?

Because the items you order are purchased especially for you and will no longer be available for others to purchase, a cancelled Pre-Order is subject to a 20% cancellation fee of the total cancelled portion of the order. This is done also because as our inventory is purchased, we re-order available stock. Any amount paid towards a Pre-Order is eligible for a store credit only. Pre-orders that have been completely paid for and then canceled will receive store credit in the amount of the pre-order, less the cancellation fee.

What If My Pre-Order Arrived Later Than I Expected?

As most baby and kid boutiques will tell you, the arrival date of the order all depends on the manufacturer/designer of the item. Therefore, we are not responsible for Pre-Orders/Reserved Items that arrive late due to manufacturer delays. We consider the expected delivery date up through 30 days later than expected to still be "On Schedule". At Lollipop Moon, we do however do everything in our ability to make sure you get your pre-order in a timely fashion.
Why Was My Pre-Order Delivery Canceled?
Unfortunately, there are times when the manufacturer cannot fulfill our complete order. This includes times when the manufacturer decides not to produce a certain style or does not ship us that style for any reason. If this is the case, you will be notified via email and a store credit will be issued to you once we hear back from you.

It is our goal to provide the best customer service possible for you. We will always do our best to exchange sizes for you when the size you ordered doesn't work. If your size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
How Are Pre-Orders Shipped?

For orders placed with multiple collections arriving on different delivery dates, we will ship the first shipment FREE of charge! Any additional shipments required will be charged at the normal shipping rates.
I Pre-Ordered Some Items Along With In-Stock Items. Where Are the In-Stock Items?
If current, in-stock items are purchased at the same time as pre-orders, we will normally wait to ship all items together as long as the preorder item(s) is expected to arrive within a reasonable amount of time.
If you want the in-stock items to ship immediately, you should place them in a separate order.

Manufacturer's warranties vary, so we encourage you to ask a Lollipop Moon consultant for specific warranty information on products of interest.
